Who We Are

Hello, we are Michelle Martins & Sandra McGovern owners of Two Gals Cocktails.

We are a full service catering cocktail company with over 20 years of bartending experience. We are fully insured, Class P Liquor License and TIPS certified. We bring our own bars, tables, glassware and set-up. We work directly with our customers and/or venue to insure complete satisfaction. Two Gals Cocktails creates a unique and personal bar for every event. We will contact you within 24 hours to help plan the perfect event for you.

Sandra Dugan

Sandra McGovern Dugan is a proud mom of two college students, her son is an artist and her daughter is a collegiate soccer player.

Sandra was born into a family business established in 1984 and she has a lifelong passion for independent business ownership. Having been employed in the hospitality and sales industry since her youth Sandra is now a Sales Director for Atria Senior living, they bring the comfort of home and the luxuries and safety of assisted living to our senior citizens.

Sandra is always involved in the community she serves on the board of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce and The Portsmouth Business Association.

Her life experiences and great friendship with Michele has brought them together to establish Two Gals Cocktails in 2016.

Michelle Martins

Michele Bazinet Martins has been part of the hospitality business for over 30 years. She found her first job in a restaurant in uptown Warren while she was in high school. From there she remained in the biz into her adult life.

Michele grew up in Bristol, RI and now raises her own family there.

Being part of the service industry she has watched families grow and has provided service to countless life celebrations for others. She enjoys making people happy and decided to start a business with longtime friend Sandra in 2016.
